A Beach Known for it's Golden Red Sand

Golden Bay is on the north-west coast of the island, near Għajn Tuffieħa.

This beach offers tourists and locals one of the best sandy beaches on the island. It has red sand on the beach and naturally sand dunes surround it. The surrounding rocky coast is the most attractive feature of the area in addition to the five-star Radisson Golden Sands hotel, which is one of the most popular attractions in the area.

At the bottom of the page you will find a 360-degree photo of Golden Bay.

Over time, the bay became well known to the Maltese who stayed there with their camps. Later, the hotel was extended by two floors, and then a full extension of the building was added.
